Hi There! My name is Daniel, and I’m glad you’ve stopped by. Real estate can seem complicated, but it doesn't have to be! Whether you are looking to buy or sell, I am excited to help you through every step of the process. I am committed to providing you with excellent customer service and clear communication and will use our many tools and resources to get the job done.

Originally from Los Angeles, CA, I came to South Carolina for college.  After earning degrees in both business and communication, I had the opportunity to work in management developing my skills in communication, customer service, and system creation and implementation. 

In 2022, I decided to make a change and get into real estate full time. From my experience with purchasing homes prior to being licensed, I understood how the real estate process might seem intimidating or difficult, but also how a good agent could make so much of a difference, and I wanted to be able to make that same kind of difference for other buyers and sellers.

Now in my 4th year of real estate, licensed in both South and North Carolina, my goal is to simplify the buying and selling process and minimize stress for you through clear effective communication from start to finish while providing knowledge of the market, strategies, and options to help you reach your real estate goals.
